An example of our LBB solution for traction converter. The rated working temperature is 2800 V. This design effectively solved the difficulty of limited module space and weight requirements, while meeting the electrical specifications.
Another example of our LBB design for traction converter. Our Engineers used the combination of WDI's edge-closed LBB and powder-painted LBB solutions. It is a compact design which effectively saved space while enhanced the electrical performance.
A typical use of WDI powder painted bus bar in traction converters. The bus bar's coating thickness is 2 mm. It can withstand working voltage 9,600 V.
