This is an example of WDI's powder-painted bus bar solution for HVDC, and other power transmission applications. Our epoxy powder bus bar provided superior dielectric performance, withstanding higher voltage and working temperature. In this design, the epoxy powder painted bus bar could better meet the electrical clearance requirements. The compact design also saved space and costs.
This is an example of edge-sealed bus bar solution for SVG application. By using WDI's patented lamination technology, the creepage distance was increased and product's electrical performance was enhanced. The structural space was also saved.
