We establish clear, high quality standards. A prototype sample needs to be made by our factory and
approved by our customer before regular production. Pre-delivery sample approval may be required by
customers as necessary. We perform quality control from incoming material inspection to final delivery. Our
engineers monitor process quality or solve any technical problems. Product sampling and final inspection are
mandatory before delivery.
Engineering Support:
our customers for all technical issues that may arise during manufacturing process. Our engineers also work
closely with our customers on product or manufacturing process redesign/modification to find most cost
effective solutions for having parts manufactured in China. A formal drawing and sample approval process

Sourcing Feasibility Study: Not every product is suitable to be sourced from China. We provide potential
customers a Sourcing Feasibility Study. A typical Sourcing Feasibility Study can tell you:
- Is your product suitable to be sourced from China?
- Which region or city you would most likely find a manufacturer?
- The cost difference of product made in China from your current product.
Supplier search : We select qualified suppliers based on established criterion such as company size,
technical skills, manufacturing capability, quality system. We perform on-site visits and evaluation before
supplier selection.
Quote submission: Our purchasing engineers will prepare and send out RFQ to potential suppliers. Discuss
with suppliers all issues that may arise related to product manufacturing. Collect and evaluate the quotations.
Negotiate prices. We provide the most cost effective solution to our client.
