WDI’s Powder-painted Laminated Bus Bars (LBB) are manufactured by using our special powder-painting and laminating technologies. High performance insulating powder is used, which provides continuous, tough, moisture and chemical resistant dielectric coating on our LBBs. Our dielectric coating thickness could be generally at 0.2 mm to 1.00 mm range, based on customers’ various application and electrical requirements.

We could provide design and complete engineering solutions based on customer’s application requirements. Our powder-painted LBBs could be designed to meet even very complex structural requirements.
